SELF DIRECTED FINAL PROJECT DUE: November 26th, 8:00 a.m.: 1st critique part 1: 10, 8x10 prints, sequenced and due.  DUE:  December 10th, 8:00 a.m.: 10 sequenced photographs that are DRY MOUNTED and an artist statement are due at the B eginning of class. OVERVIEW: Create a group of 10 photographs that relate to each other as a series. Write an artist statement to accompany the project. This is a two part critique. Be prepared to return to make more pictures after the first critique. Final images must be DRY MOUNTED on Matboard. OBJECTIVES: Create a concept for a group of photographs. Think about making the aesthetics of the images work with the concept. Think about the visual voice the you borrowed from the famous artists in the last assignment. Constructed Image Assignment: 200 points Final Prints Due November 12 1. Rough Sketch of your four images due in class T hursday, November 7th. On a sheet of paper, draw 4 squares and draw the concept for your photo series, (can be stick figures.) The idea behind this project is that you should have the photo taken in your mind before you even get the camera involved. Include on this rough sketch the type of lighting you will use, your color scheme, your lens choice and your short elevator pitch for what this project means.
