EMMULATE AN ARTIST OBJECTIVE: This is a  three-part  assignment and a really big one for your grade! Choose a person from the list of artists. Then: 1.     Make a cohesive series of photographs  inspired  by the artist.  2.     Prepare a 15 minute oral presentation with powerpoint to present to the class. 3.    Write a  three page  paper discussing the artist’s work. Take one scene, and use a tripod or a steady surface to take 3 photos. 1) a photo perfectly exposed 2) a photo one stop over exposed 3) a photo one stop under exposed. Using the method I showed in class, merge the three photos to create an HDR image. Place this in the sharespace.

Watch these two documentaries on portrait photographers Nan Goldin and Steve McCurry.
